Poor Communication
Spoke with three different people about the same property and it is apparent that they do not communicate to each other. Spoke at length about my circumstances with the first contact only to have to repeat this to a second. They agreed to set an appointment to view the property. Didn't call back so I followed up and called them again. During a lengthy call I agreed I wouldn't proceed with an interest in the property. Received a call the following day from yet another person who clearly hadn't been briefed. Asked to be removed from their list only to be told I wasn't on it, despite agreeing with the first agent I spoke to that I would like to register and was informed I would be added to their list. Wasted my time and theirs and it is unlikely I would seek a property through them if this is the standard of customer service they deliver.

Excellent Service
Tracy and Lucie were excellent we sold our property and bought our new property with Home and Castle. They did exactly what they said they would do with selling our property and Lucie went above and beyond with the purchase of our new property nothing was ever too much trouble and were always on the end of the phone to answer any queries. We would highly recommend Home and Castle to anyone considering buying or selling.

Wonderful estate agents
Unlike many estate agents, they are so friendly and helpful towards their tenants. Always saw to any of our problems very quickly, never spoke down to us and always friendly and professional. Thank you for making our three years at one of your letted properties pleasant.

Outstanding guys
Tracey, Ben and Jake sold our property for us in Hailsham back in April within 4 days of going on the market, we haven't had great experience with estate agents in the past or the present but these guys were outstanding, always answered the phone, always returned calls, were honest and helpful whenever asked and even helped us out with somewhere to stay short-term after our purchase fell through at the last minute. A complete breath of fresh air and earned every penny of their very reasonable fee which they covered by selling our house for more than we thought we could get.
